On September 2022, our Slum Soka girls were delighted to learn more menstruation cycle thanks to the workshop runned by our partner Together For Better at our centre of education and training in Kibera.

Then they were given reusable sanitary towels that were hand made in Kibera. One kit of 6 sanitary pads each lasts 2 years.

Jakline, one of our Slum Soka mothers and the leader of our tailoring Women Kibera Group, is very proud for making these pads so helpful for our girls.
